We understand that just like how every patient has unique dental needs, they also have a unique budget they are working with. At Helotes Family Dentistry, we want to help make our dental services affordable for patients of all financial situations. Our office has a number of different payment options available so you can choose what makes the most sense for you and your family’s budget.

We accept cash, check, and major debit and credit cards. We also take both in-network and out-of-network insurance as well as FSAs and HSAs. Don’t forget to ask about our cash and senior discounts!

Payment Plans

Helotes Family Dentistry gives our patients two different ways to finance their dental care: CareCredit® and in-house payment plans. CareCredit is a popular third-party financing option that works like a healthcare credit card. After choosing your plan (there are no-interest and long-term ones available), you can pay low monthly payments to cover up to 100% of your treatment costs. There are also no up-front costs, pre-payment penalties, or annual fees. To get started with CareCredit, visit our application page!

If you would prefer to go with our in-house financing, our financial coordinator will sit down with you to discuss the terms of your payment plan. Don’t worry: this will happen before we even begin your treatment so there won’t be any surprises. Feel free to get in touch with our team to learn more about this option.
