Meet Dr. José Brigman
Dr. José Brigman grew up in an Air Force family. He was born in Zaragoza, Spain and his family moved to San Antonio, Texas when he was a teenager.Dr. Brigman is fluent in Spanish.
After he completed his undergraduate studies in biology and chemistry at St. Mary’s University, Dr. Brigman earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS degree) from Baylor College of Dentistry, the Texas A&M Health Science Center in Dallas. Since graduating, Dr. Brigman has taken numerous continuing education courses, including sedation dentistry and over 600 hours of orthodontic dentistry training.
Dr. Brigman is a member in good standing of the following professional organizations: the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, San Antonio Dental Society, Hispanic Dental Association, and the American Orthodontic Association. He was also delighted to recently accept the independent Consumer’s Research Council of America “Top Dentist” designation.
Dr. Brigman feels that his greatest accomplishments and also his greatest joys in life are his marriage to his wife, Catherine, and the addition of four beautiful children. Catherine White-Brigman, a native San Antonian, is a pediatric gastroenterologist and she works at Methodist Children’s Hospital. Both Dr. José and Dr. Catherine Brigman love kids! They look forward to getting to know you and your family, too.
Meet Dr. Matthew Gillespie
Dr. Matthew Gillespie is a native Texan, born and raised in Fort Worth. He received an undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry from Texas Tech University. While in dental school Dr. Gillespie presented research at several national meetings, earning a distinction in research.
He then completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from one of the top dental schools in the country, the University of Texas Health Science at San Antonio. Dr. Gillespie is trained in sedation dentistry to provide comfort to those with dental treatment anxiety.
After college, Dr. Gillespie married his high school sweetheart, Jenny. In their spare time they both enjoy the outdoors and traveling to new places. Dr. Gillespie especially enjoys water sports such as wake boarding, surfing, and white water rafting. He looks forward to giving you and your family the smiles you deserve!
Meet Dr. Natalya Bejar
Dr. Natalya Bejar was born in Houston, Texas and her family moved to Pasadena when she was a teenager. After high school, she returned to Houston to attend the University of Houston, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. Dr. Bejar then went on to achieve her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, graduating in 2005.
Dr. Bejar didn’t stop there! She decided to pursue a residency in prosthodontics, which is the branch of dentistry concerned with the design and creation of replacements for missing teeth. Dr. Bejar completed her three-year Postdoctoral Prosthodontics Residency Program at the University of Texas Health Science Center-San Antonio in 2008. Her expertise is in the restoration of dental implants, as well as full mouth reconstruction. Dr. Bejar loves giving smiles a second chance!
The professional organizations of which Dr. Bejar is a member include the American Dental Association (ADA), Texas Dental Association (TDA), and the American College of Prosthodontics.
In her spare time, Dr. Bejar enjoys hiking and traveling around the world. She looks forward to taking care of you and your smile!

Do you ever worry about cleanliness in dental offices? We go above and beyond for you, exceeding the American Dental Association (ADA) and OSHA recommended standards for a clean and safe practice. We have a dedicated area with state-of-the-art sterilization technology, where every instrument is wrapped, disinfected, and made ready before your visit. We also sanitize each room between patients, and we use a closed water system (rather than everyday tap water). Additionally, we perform weekly spore testing with a third party infection control center. We worry about the cleanliness of our office so you’ll never have to!
